| Value                 | Description                                                                      |

| access\_challenged    | Signer was issued MFA challenge                                                  |
| access\_failed        | Signer failed MFA attempt                                                        |
| access\_lockout       | Signer failed MFA attempt multiple times in a row and was temporarily locked out |
